The second floor is home to the administrative and programming staff. Directly east as you exit the center elevator or stairs is a small reception area (1) for visitors. The office of the president and CEO is located to the north and adjoins the office of the administrative assistant. Named the Danielson Suite (2-3) after Danny and Patty Danielson, these offices feature cherry paneling and a meeting area with table and chairs. The northwest door leads out onto a limestone balcony (4), which faces 17th Street.

As you continue east beyond the staircase, you'll see two offices to the left (north), which house the human resources department. To the south of those offices is the Rich/Jones Conference Room (5), named for Claude Rich and Frank Jones, former alumni association directors.

As you exit the conference room, you will see two offices on your left (south). These offices house some of our alumni programs staff who help to organize popular events such as Homecoming and Mini University.

After you continue west and pass the large work room (6), you'll enter the Alumni Chapters (7-9) area. The offices on your left house directors of our more than 100 alumni chapters around the world. Not only does the chapters program offer IUAA members the opportunity to socialize and interact with fellow alumni, but it also supports the university by assisting in student recruitment efforts, scholarship fundraising, and community service.

Directly across (north) from these offices and beyond the clerical work stations you'll find the Hoosier Travelers (10) area. The alumni tours program offers the opportunity to travel throughout the world with other alumni. Hundreds of alumni enjoy the more than 40 trips to popular destinations annually. Adjacent to Hoosier Travelers are the offices of the internal/external management staff. Assisting the university in many areas, such as commencements, trustee elections, and university ceremonies, the alumni association plays a vital role within the university system.

The offices on the far west end of the second floor house directors of affiliate groups and constituent societies. More than 25 affiliate groups and nearly 30 constituent societies have been organized to serve the needs of the graduates of the various schools, interest groups, and regional campuses.
