2005–10 Strategic Direction Task Force Report

At the conclusion of the IUAA's 1999–2004 Visioning Task Force report, it was recommended that another task force be appointed in 2004 to make recommendations that could guide the IUAA from 2005–10.

In the late summer of 2004, Ken Beckley, president and CEO of the IUAA, appointed a Strategic Directions Task Force composed of alumni and IUAA staff to study the IUAA and make recommendations as to its strategic directions for the next five years. The task force began its work and met four times for day-long sessions on October 1, 2004 in Bloomington, November 19, 2004 in Indianapolis, February 18, 2005 in Indianapolis, and April 8, 2005 in Bloomington. The task force made its recommendations to the IUAA Executive Council in June 2005.
