  2. Register for IU alumni career services.
  3. Visit the IU alumni chapter network and learn about the alumni chapter in your area.

All new graduates are eligible to receive a free one-year membership in the IU Alumni Association, which includes membership in your school/campus alumni association and your local alumni chapter. Information will be sent to you after your degree is conferred, approximately 3 months after Commencement, at which time you’ll be able to take full advantage of your free membership.
