Celebrate our outstanding Singing Hoosier Alumni
The Indiana University Singing Hoosiers has presented awards annually since 1980. These amazing Singing Hoosiers alumni have distinguished themselves in their chosen field or accomplishment through professional achievement and service to the university.
Each year, in conjunction with the spring concert in Bloomington, we host the Distinguished Alumni Awards Banquet. This is our opportunity to honor recipients of the Distinguished Alumni Award and the Outstanding Young Singing Hoosiers Award. These amazing Singing Hoosiers alumni have distinguished themselves in their chosen field and/or for their efforts in supporting and giving back to the Singing Hoosiers and the Singing Hoosiers Alumni Council. We look forward to awarding this year’s recipients.
Join us in recognizing alumni who have impacted their field and on the Singing Hoosiers by submitting nominations for two awards.
- Distinguished Alumni Award. The Distinguished Alumni Award honors Singing Hoosiers Alumni who have distinguished themselves in any field or public service and who have shown ongoing support for the Singing Hoosiers and the Singing Hoosiers Alumni Council. - Outstanding Young Singing Hoosiers Alumni Award. The Outstanding Young Singing Hoosier Alumni Award honors Singing Hoosiers alumni under the age of 35 who have achieved significant recognition or accomplishment through professional achievement, community service, or university service.
